Dan McGuckin

Dan McGuckin began their insurance career in 2002 as a Personal Lines Compliance Analyst at Westfield Insurance. In 2007, they moved to Chubb Insurance, where they served as Senior Marketing Specialist. In this role, Dan managed the growth and retention of the personal lines book of business in the San Antonio territory by partnering with agencies, clients, and their other advisors to develop a comprehensive insurance plan tailored to suit their needs. Dan provided training to agencies on new products, services, and online resources, and networked within the territory to develop relationships with other Centers of Influence (Financial Planners, Accountants, Realtors, etc.) and educate them on the importance of a strong personal lines insurance program to enrich their advisement process.

In 2018, Dan joined Selective Insurance as a Senior Personal Lines Marketing Specialist. Dan remained in this role until March of 2022, when they were promoted to IT Director at Special Patient Manager.

Dan McGuckin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Ohio University.
