Emily Oppliger

Emily Oppliger is an experienced technical service and content manager at Specialized Bicycle Components, where responsibilities include elevating E-Bike service and education since May 2018. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions at Specialized, including Turbo Technical Specialist and Retail Care Specialist. Before joining Specialized, Emily worked at Keweenaw Brewing Company as a Tap Technician/server from May 2012 to April 2021, where duties included serving customers and maintaining tap equipment. Additionally, Emily served as a Service Technician at Down Wind Sports, focusing on high-end outdoor equipment and customer education from April 2009 to May 2018. A background in engineering was established through the role of Engineering Technician at SMEUSA, which involved quality materials testing for construction projects. Emily holds a Civil Engineering degree with a concentration in Water Resources from Michigan Technological University, attended from 2012 to 2017.
