Pete Panciera

Pete Panciera is an experienced leader in brand design, currently serving as the Leader of Global Brand Design at Specialized Bicycle Components since November 2020, where innovative marketing initiatives and brand consistency efforts are prioritized. Prior to this role, Pete held various positions in global brand design at Norden, a sustainable home goods brand founded and scaled by Pete, achieving notable global partnerships and recognition from top publications. Additionally, experiences include serving as Art Director and Designer for multiple agencies and clients, as well as leading design efforts at Zoo York LLC, further showcasing a diverse skill set in both independent practices and corporate environments. Pete holds a BFA in Communication Design from the University of Connecticut.
