Chris Berchock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Currently serving as Direct Hire Manager at SPECTRAFORCE since September 2024, Chris previously held the role of Market Manager & Team Leader at Trustpoint.One, where responsibilities included driving business growth and managing client engagement with diverse businesses. Chris has also worked as a Senior Account Executive and Associate Account Executive, focusing on candidate sourcing and recruitment. Prior experience includes positions as an Account Executive at AODocs, where Chris developed new business and shaped company culture, and various finance internships that provided a solid foundation in financial analysis and reporting. A graduate of Berry College with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Chris demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork skills as a student-athlete in men's lacrosse.
