Jaime Heiner

Jaime Heiner possesses extensive experience in education, currently serving as Assistant Principal and Instructional Coach at Spectrum Academy since October 2017, with a background as a Special Education Teacher at the same institution. Prior to this, Jaime worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional with the Southington Board Of Education from March 2016 to October 2017. Additionally, Jaime has experience as a speaker for TEDx events from April 2013 to December 2015, addressing topics such as self-management and social change to diverse audiences. An international teaching stint as an English Language Teacher at Primary School Commanderie des Templiers in late 2014 further demonstrates versatility in educational roles. Jaime holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from Weber State University, along with certificates in Project Management from Google and Organizational Behavior Management from ABA Technologies.
