Randy Mikesell

Randy Mikesell has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles spanning from technical support to customer service. Currently serving as an ACC Coordinator at Spectrum Association Management since March 2021, Randy collaborates with homeowners and various stakeholders to ensure compliance with HOA regulations for improvement projects. Prior to this role, Randy worked as a Pool Service Technician at Pool Service Techs, where responsibilities included pool maintenance and chemical balancing. Earlier experience includes serving as a Roadside Technician for AAA, providing vehicular assistance, and as an Information Technology Specialist at CARQUEST, where Randy was promoted to computer programmer and managed HEAT incident tracking software. Additionally, Randy worked as a Therapeutic Riding Instructor at Moody Gardens®, providing therapeutic support through interactions with horses. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Computer Information Management from Ashworth College, achieved between 2005 and 2009, along with studies at Texas A&M University at Galveston from 1992 to 1995.
