Joni Elmore

Joni Elmore currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Spectrum Industries, Inc. and as Chief Commercial Officer at Retail Fluent Media Network, focusing on revenue growth and innovative sales strategies. Joni has extensive experience in business development, having held positions such as Principal Consultant at JM Elmore Strategy & Business Development and Senior Advisor at AdAdapted. Joni’s background includes leadership roles at Catalina USA, where responsibilities spanned Vice President of Business Development and Group Director of Partnership Development, overseeing promotional and digital media solutions. Joni began their career at Advanced Promotion Technologies as Vice President of Retail Services, contributing to the launch of the first national points-based loyalty program in the CPG industry. Joni holds a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University and attended the University of Southern California.
