Sarah Mears

Sarah Mears is a seasoned Scrum Master with experience in managing Agile methodologies, currently operating at Spectrum Reach and previously at Kforce Inc. Sarah has a background in flight operations, having served as a Flight Operations Specialist for both the Army National Guard and the United States Department of Defense. Additionally, Sarah has experience in education as a Teacher at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church and School. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Southern Maine and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
