Rajeev Kumar Jain

Previously, Rajeev founded MaxSys HR Solutions, providing comprehensive HR services, and held prominent roles at Genius Consultants Limited, including President of the North Zone, where business growth reached 350 Cr with a headcount of 16,000 associates. Over a career spanning from 1993 to 2019, Rajeev developed expertise in strategic account management, staffing solutions, and compliance. Rajeev holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Meerut University.
