Carl Otter

Carl Otter has extensive experience in recruitment and leadership, currently serving as both a Rekryteringskonsult and Rekryteringschef at Speed Group since 2016. Prior to this, Carl worked as a Rekryteringskonsult and owner at Otter & Karlsson Rekrytering from 2013 to 2015, and as a Chefsrekryteringskonsult at Experis Executive in 2011-2012. Carl's earlier roles include serving as VD at SYSteam Sjuhärad and Office Data, where Carl was also Konsultchef for several years. Carl's career began in the Försvarsmakten as an Officer from 1981 to 1996. In terms of education, Carl completed the Krigshögskolans högre kurs, earning a Captain degree in 1989.
