Frank Tessier

Frank Tessier is an experienced professional in client success and member services with a strong background in arts and sports management. Currently serving as a Client Success Consultant at Spektrix since May 2024, Frank previously worked at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center from February 2018 to May 2024 in various roles, including Manager of Member Services and Associate Manager of Membership and Guest Services, where responsibilities included relationship building with members and audience engagement. Earlier experience includes positions at CGI Communications, Staten Island Yankees, and Ithaca College, among others, where Frank gained expertise in sales, ticket operations, and event management.
