Carolina Tenjo is a seasoned professional in executive search and project management, currently serving as Client Liaison Manager and Senior Analyst in the Industrial Practice at Spencer Stuart since February 2019. In addition to this role, Carolina holds titles as Global Project Manager in both the Energy Practice and Technology Officer Practice, and co-leads Unidad, an affinity group for Latin American and Hispanic employees at Spencer Stuart.
