Claudia Kelly

Claudia Kelly is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent consulting firms. Since 1993, Claudia has served as a Partner and Global Practice Leader of the Human Resources Practice at Spencer Stuart, a top executive search consulting firm. Prior to this, Claudia held several significant positions, including Partner and Office Manager at Norman Broadbent, as well as roles at Nordeman Grimm, Inc., and McKinsey & Company. Claudia began their career in public service as Appointment Secretary for Senator Jacob K. Javits and worked with The White House on special voter groups for President Ford. Claudia holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and Marketing from Columbia Business School and a BA in Theatre from the University of Virginia.
