Janine Ames

Janine Ames is a seasoned leadership advisory consultant with extensive experience in the professional services sector. Since May 2010, Janine has been with Spencer Stuart as a global leader in the Business & Professional Services Practice, focusing on B2B information, analytics, and various consulting services. Prior to this, Janine served as the Director of Professional Development and Recruiting at McKinsey & Company, overseeing North American recruitment and professional development for the firm’s Technology Practice from 2003 to 2010. Janine's earlier roles include CFO and SVP of Strategy at LiveAdvice, Inc., where significant fundraising efforts and a strategic sale followed, and positions at McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company. Janine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Virginia.
