Josefine Ahm-Lundgren

Josefine Ahm-Lundgren has extensive experience in executive search and leadership consulting, currently serving as Nordic Research Director at Spencer Stuart since April 2018, after holding roles as Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst within the firm. In this capacity, Josefine leads multiple projects advising international clients on executive recruitment, leadership assessment and development, and cultural transformations. Prior experience includes working as a Specialist in People & Organisation at Novo Holdings from December 2014 to April 2018, as well as a Student Assistant, where support was provided for HR functions and project leadership in HR initiatives. Josefine holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, with additional study at San Diego State University focusing on leadership and psychology.
