Lauren Callaghan

Lauren Callaghan is a Partner in Global Financial Services at Spencer Stuart, a leading leadership advisory firm founded in 1956. With experience at Spencer Stuart starting in 2011, Lauren has extensive expertise in accessing top executives globally. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Lauren served as an Associate at Goldman Sachs from 2005 to 2010, focusing on Private Wealth Management and investment banking in Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging. Lauren holds a B.A. with Honors in Economics, Political Science, and Art History from Washington University in St. Louis and has also studied at UCL. Early education includes The Pingry School and The Peck School.
