Rick Routhier

Rick Routhier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Spencer Stuart, Rick is also a member of the Executive Forum. Previous positions include Senior Vice President and General Manager of Corporate Services at American Express, and Chief Customer Officer at Pepsi USA. Rick holds an MBA in Marketing and General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, completed in 1976, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Dartmouth College, obtained in 1973.
