Ruth Malloy

Ruth Malloy is a seasoned Leadership Advisory Consultant at Spencer Stuart since 2016, specializing in executive assessment, coaching, and succession planning to enhance leader and team effectiveness. Previously, Ruth served as the Global Assessment Solutions Leader at Spencer Stuart, overseeing the development and global execution of executive assessment methodologies. Prior experience at Hay Group spanned from 1991 to 2016, where Ruth was the Global Managing Director of Leadership and Talent, recognized for advancing the firm's consulting practice in this area. Ruth’s earlier roles include Partner/Leadership Advisory Consultant and Global Managing Director of L&T Direct products, along with leading research at the McClelland Center. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vassar College and both a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from Boston University.
