Victoria Falaguerra

Victoria Falaguerra, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PMP, is an experienced workforce management consultant with a focus on system optimization and business process management. Currently serving at Harmony Software Solutions, LLC since July 2009, Victoria has led numerous consulting projects primarily utilizing the Kronos Workforce Central suite. As an eTIME Consultant with Spencer Thomas Group since February 2014, Victoria has specialized in pay rule and accrual reconfiguration, system documentation, and change management. Previous roles include Project Management Consultant at RCM Technologies, where Victoria worked on timekeeping implementations for various organizations, and Implementation Manager at ADP, overseeing a team responsible for implementing the Enterprise eTIME system. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
