David Robins

David Robins is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and advisory roles. Currently, David serves as a Partner in the Commercial and Corporate Practice Group at Spencer West LLP, a full-service law firm, starting in April 2023. David is also the Principal at Samphire Advisory since May 2015, providing independent business advisory services focused on European and Asian investor relations. Previous positions include Partner at Thor Lion LLP from 2016 to 2023, Senior Resident Partner and Head of the Hong Kong Office at Berwin Leighton Paisner (HK) LLP until April 2015, and various non-executive director roles at Cape plc, Cybit Holdings plc, and Hornby Plc. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Law, Accountancy, and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and has pursued legal qualifications from the Inns of Court School of Law and the Law Society of England & Wales.
