Bruce R. Ledesma

Bruce Ledesma is an experienced senior executive in the financial services and software industries. He is the Executive Vice President – Corporate Development of Mosaic, the leading fintech platform providing home improvement financing to the U.S. market. Bruce’s responsibilities include building strategic partnerships with regional banks and credit unions, sourcing venture capital and private equity investments, and overseeing technology transactions. Over the past 25 years, Bruce held various executive and board positions in the financial services, software and energy sectors, and practiced as a corporate attorney for a major global law firm. He has worked for multiple private and public companies from early stage growth through successful liquidity events. Bruce has a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
