Paul Crate

Paul Crate is an experienced professional in project and program management with a strong background in software engineering and defense applications. Currently serving as the Head of the Global Programme Management Office at Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine since November 2015, Paul oversees a team responsible for R&D and customer-facing projects, ensuring successful execution and budget controls. Previous roles include Head of Commercial Programme Management and Senior Project Manager for complex radar projects at Sperry Marine, as well as positions at Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions and Chiron Security Communications, where Paul led development teams and engineering efforts. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from Abertay University and has extensive experience in software development for military avionics.
