Eric Rubio

Eric Rubio currently serves as the Director of Finance and Administration at The Washington Chorus and is a Sphinx LEAD Fellow with Sphinx Organization. With a strong background in financial management, Eric has held roles such as Finance Manager at Spark the Journey and Finance and Operations Manager at Seraphic Fire, where responsibilities included financial reporting and operational coordination. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Finance and Administration at Calvary Memorial Church, where Eric managed human resources and financial functions, as well as various roles in music education and performance, including Band Director and Freelance Trombonist. Eric holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Wheaton College and a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Indiana University Indianapolis.
