Gareth Hillier

Gareth Hillier is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital technology, business improvement, and governance. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for the Spinal Injuries Association since March 2024, Gareth has been the Head of Digital Technology, Performance, Business Improvement, and Modernisation at Hertfordshire County Council since January 2015, and also leads the STP Technology programme for Hertfordshire and West Essex. Previous roles include Business System Manager at CHS Group, Operations Manager at Independent Parental Special Education Advice, Development Manager at POhWER, and Regional Manager at Papworth Trust, among others.
