Mounir Abid

Mounir Abid has extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as Senior Customer & Business Technical Support at Spindox since March 2014. In this role, Mounir is responsible for managing and ensuring the proper functioning of sales channel infrastructures and applications, collaborating with IT Operations to address internal client issues. Prior to this position, Mounir worked as a Junior Customer & Business Technical Support at Spindox North Africa for a brief period in 2019, while also serving as the Managing Director, overseeing administrative management, human resources, supplier management, and local business development activities across Italy and Tunisia. Mounir holds a bachelor’s degree in Building Maintenance from Université de Tunis, earned between 2009 and 2012.
