John Radak

John Radak is an accomplished senior executive with almost four decades of experience in financial management and raising capital in companies ranging from startups to over $1 billion in sales. He is a strategic leader and business partner that creates sustainable high growth business models. He has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry working for a variety of MedTech companies in senior financial management roles. He has served on the Boards of both for profit and not for profit companies helping those leadership teams create value for their stakeholders. Currently, he is the CFO for 3B Scientific Group a private equity funded midsize global company in the medical education market. John obtained a BS in Accounting and Finance from California State University at Fullerton and his MBA from the University of Southern California.
