Reut Benedek

Reut Benedek is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in global HR management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of HR for Global Supply Chain at Spirax Sarco since January 2021, Reut has previously held key HR roles at Dyson as HR Business Partner Lead, and at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. as Sr. Director of HR Business Partner, overseeing HR strategies for multiple corporate functions. Prior positions include HR Manager at Teva Israel, Training & Welfare Manager at Starhome Mach, Global Training Coordinator at Amdocs, and Team Leader for a mentoring program at the Technion. Reut holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Consulting and Development from the College of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Haifa.
