Teresa Shoup has extensive experience in human resources and employee benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Benefits & HRIS at Spirent Communications since February 2004. In this role, Teresa oversees various employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans, 401(k), and compensation applications. Prior to this, Teresa was the Benefits Manager at Howrey, Simon, Arnold & White, LLP, where responsibilities included managing the health and welfare and pension programs for over 1,500 employees. Additional experience includes roles at Marriott International, Inc., ManorCare Health Services, Inc., and Clark Construction, where responsibilities encompassed administration and management of employee health and welfare programs for diverse employee populations.
