Sandra Piedrahita

Sandra Piedrahita is an experienced professional in event management and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Team Member Experience at Spirit Airlines since May 2014. In this role, Sandra ideates, plans, and executes various events to enhance Team Member value experiences for a workforce of 26,000 across 84 U.S. stations. Previous roles include Event Manager for The Spirit Charitable Foundation, where planning of the annual golf tournament was a key responsibility, as well as several human resources positions at DO&CO Airline Catering and Girotel. Sandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from The City University of New York, along with other professional certifications in human resources and bookkeeping. Education also includes a degree in Marketing and Advertising from Politecnico Grancolombiano in Colombia.
