Oren Goshen

Oren Goshen is an experienced product management professional, currently serving as VP of Products at Splash since May 2024. Previously, Oren held the position of Director of Product Management at Upstart from 2022 to May 2024 and spent five years at Amazon as a Senior Manager of Product Management. Oren also served as Head of Product at Uber for a year and held various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Senior Associate and Summer Associate. Oren's earlier experience includes Group Product Manager at Applied Materials, where significant improvements in product performance were achieved, and R&D Engineer at Corrigent Systems. Oren's career began in the Israel Defense Forces as a Telecommunication Technical Course Commander. Oren holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
