Christina Cruz

Christina Cruz is an experienced community manager with a robust background in property management, currently serving at SPM, LLC since April 2016. Previous roles include assistant property manager and leasing consultant at MAA from July 2015 to March 2016, and at Monogram Residential Trust from December 2010 to November 2014, where titles included assistant property manager and leasing professional. Christina began a career in leasing with positions at McKinley, Inc. and Concord Management between 2004 and 2009. Christina holds a degree from the University at Buffalo.
