Thomas de Boer currently serves as a primary education teacher at SPO Utrecht since August 2021, working with group 3 and previously with group 7. Before this role, Thomas was a masterclass instructor for Stichting Discussiëren Kun Je Leren from October 2019 to May 2022, teaching primary and secondary education students about social issues and discussion skills. Additional experience includes training and coaching roles with various organizations, including Het Trainers Collectief and Dance4Life, as well as editorial work on The Voice Kids and developmental projects for NTR. Thomas holds a Master of Arts degree in documentary production and research from the University of Amsterdam and has completed studies at Utrecht University and Murmellius Gymnasium.
