Laura Edwards, J.D., SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of HR Operations at MultiCare Health System, where leadership of an agile HR team has led to significant advancements in HR processes and talent acquisition. Edwards has a proven track record in enhancing customer service within business consultation and labor relations, as well as in developing competitive compensation and benefits programs. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Director of HR and Director of Employee & Labor Relations at Interstate Distributor, and Corporate Counsel and Director of Labor and Employee Relations at Sebris Busto James.
