Traci Kuster

Traci Kuster is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Marketing Manager for MultiCare Health System since November 2019, where responsibilities include developing data-driven marketing strategies, executing marketing plans, and enhancing customer engagement. Previously, Traci worked for Leisure Care for 20 years, progressing through roles such as Marketing Director - New Business, where oversight included brand and marketing strategies for new communities, and Marketing Director managing comprehensive marketing initiatives for retirement communities nationwide. Traci holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Marketing from Washington State University.
