Zachary Romain

Zachary Romain currently serves as the Head of Product Innovation at Sponge, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Zachary held various positions at Bolt Learning from December 2018 to November 2020, including Chief Operations Officer, Operations Lead, and Learning Designer. From February 2016 to November 2018, Zachary worked at Skyscanner as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant, and before that, served as Lead Learning Design Consultant and Training Partner at Three. from July 2011 to January 2016. Early in the career, Zachary was a Performance Coach and held other roles at Hutchison 3G from May 2007 to May 2011. Currently pursuing a BA in Leadership and Management at The Open University, Zachary is passionate about developing training solutions and enhancing business operations.
