Jan Niklas Bause

Jan Niklas Bause has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the sports industry, currently serving as Director for the Sales Team at Bayer 04 Leverkusen since September 2016, after progressing through various managerial roles within the same team. Prior to this, Jan held positions at MSV Duisburg and VfL Bochum 1848 GmbH & Co. KGaA. Jan's early career included work in sponsoring at WARSTEINER Brauerei Haus Cramer Management GmbH. Jan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Paderborn University, completed in 2016.
