Noelia Cáceres Ponce

Noelia C. is an experienced project manager with a robust background in telecommunications and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Instituto Aragonés de Ciencias de la Salud (IACS) since November 2007, Noelia has previously held similar roles at Dialcom Networks and has extensive experience as a Senior Consultant at Covansys. Earlier in the career, Noelia worked as a Systems Engineer and Services Development member at Lucent Technologies and Bell Labs. Noelia holds a Telecommunications Engineering Degree from Universidad de Zaragoza, earned between 1992 and 2000.
