Chau Phan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Spotify since May 2021, Chau specializes in global recruitment across research and development. Prior to this role, Chau spent over five years at The New York Times in various positions, culminating in the role of Manager, Talent Acquisition (Technology), where notable contributions included receiving the Outstanding Student Intern Award from the CEO.
