Lolita Trachtengerts

Lolita Trachtengerts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as the VP of GTM Strategy at spotlight.ai since January 2024 and a member of Chief since August 2023, Lolita has previously held the position of Managing Director, North America at Gradiant from February 2022 to January 2024. Prior roles include Director of Transformation PMO at Herff Jones, Global Product Line Manager at Desalitech, and various leadership positions at Desalitech LTD. Lolita began a career in administration and engineering at Amdocs Management Ltd and the Israel Defense Forces. Lolita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Shenkar College.
