Danielle Dodge is a seasoned professional in sales and customer success, currently serving as a Hospitality Specialist Sales at SpotOn since April 2024. At SpotOn, Danielle focuses on providing advanced technology solutions to local business owners and manages a full sales cycle while achieving sales targets in software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing. Prior to SpotOn, Danielle held the position of Account Manager at Union, where responsibilities included consulting clients on software technology and data analysis. Additionally, Danielle was the Retail and Lounge General Manager at The Artist Tree, overseeing operations and compliance in a cannabis retail environment. With extensive experience in hospitality as a Lead Cocktail Waitress at The Mix Downtown and The Park Ultra Lounge, alongside earlier roles in bartending and promotions, Danielle has developed strong customer service and operational management skills.
