Paul Korson

Paul Korson M.B.A. is an experienced educator and executive with a diverse background in both academic and corporate environments. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Spring Arbor University since August 2017, Paul has also held prominent roles in Benton Harbor Area Schools, including Chief of Student Support Services, Director of Career and Technical Education, and Director of Information Technology from September 2019 to June 2024. Paul previously worked at Leadership Development International as Global Director of Corporate Marketing from 2015 to 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing activities and driving strategy for a family of brands. As a co-founder of ROCC Coffee Company, Paul served as Director of Marketing and Operations from 2011 to 2014, contributing to various stages of business development. Earlier academic roles include positions as Adjunct Professor at Wuhan University and Coordinator of Conference Services at Spring Arbor University. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and History, graduating Summa cum Laude from Spring Arbor University.
