Wei Guan

Wei Guan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in Salesforce implementations and integrations, currently serving as Principal Architect and Tech Lead at Spring Free EV since November 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Salesforce as a Senior Program Architect, where Wei provided architectural services for major clients, and at Oracle as a Master Principal Product Specialist, advising public sector entities on advanced cloud solutions. With earlier positions at Barclays Capital, Fortress Investment Group, and BEA Systems, Wei has consistently delivered innovative financial and architectural solutions across various sectors. Wei holds advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Science and Technology of China.
