Alicia Kruger

Alicia Kruger is an experienced social worker and therapist with a diverse background in mental health and quality of life improvement. Currently serving as a part-time therapist at Spring Health since June 2022, Alicia has also held roles such as Social Worker and Quality of Life Coordinator at Livewell Group, specializing in Dementia Care. Previous positions include Social Worker at Faircape Group, Chief Social Worker at The Mudita Foundation, and School Counsellor at Community Keepers, where Alicia provided therapeutic support to children in marginalized communities. Early experiences involve student placements in various organizations, including Sivuyile Centre for People with Disabilities and Brandvlei Correctional Services, focusing on wellness programs and social services. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Stellenbosch University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of East London.
