Annika Fox

Annika Fox currently serves as a People Business Partner Coordinator at Spring Health, a role that involves collaborating on employee engagement and talent development strategies while managing People Team Help Desk Requests. Prior to this, Annika held various positions at Element Biosciences, including Sr People Team Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Annika's earlier experiences include internships in public relations and marketing, as well as roles in customer service and coaching. Annika holds a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Business from the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Alliant International University.
