Jim Ciemny is a seasoned clinical therapist with extensive experience in teletherapy and mental health support across various settings. Currently serving as a Clinical Therapist at Spring Health and Ciemny Consulting, LLC, Jim provides personalized virtual mental health care to individuals and families and delivers high-quality teletherapy to Spring Health members. As Vice President of Care System Excellence and Clinical Excellence & Secondary Education Advisor at Dawn Health, Jim focuses on proactive mental health care for adolescents. Additionally, Jim has a long-standing role as a Therapist/School Social Worker in Independent School District 196, and previously worked with TimelyMD and Behavioral Healthcare Providers. With advanced degrees including an Ed.S in Educational Administration and a Master of Social Work, Jim combines clinical expertise with a commitment to enhancing wellness journeys for clients.
