Luan Tolosa is an experienced leader and strategic advisor in the fields of entrepreneurship and business growth. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Spring since March 2024, Luan has previously held significant roles at various organizations, including Senior Consultant at Ignite Management Services and Advisor/Co-Founder of SEWT. Luan has contributed to the philanthropic objectives of the Azrieli Foundation as an Advisory Council Member since January 2023. With a strong background in management consulting, operations, and strategic planning, Luan has directed initiatives that support entrepreneurs and accelerate business development globally. Luan's educational credentials include an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, a Certificate in Social Impact from Queen's University, and a Bachelor's of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba.
