Scott Berg

Scott Berg currently serves as the Vice President of Advancement at Springfield Museums, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Vice President of Philanthropy at Baystate Health and Executive Director of the Baystate Health Foundation from November 2017 to November 2024. Scott also held the position of President & CEO at the YMCA of Greater Springfield from January 2016 to November 2017, and Associate Vice President for Development at Springfield College from November 2009 to January 2016. Additional roles include Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at Western New England University and various positions at the YMCA of Greater Springfield and YMCA of Greater Boston. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands, a JD from Western New England University School of Law, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MS in Human Service Administration from Springfield College, and a BA in English from Boston College.
