Chad Srader

Chad Srader, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director of Development at SpringSpirit since December 2024, leading a development team dedicated to enhancing fundraising strategies for youth empowerment programs. Prior to this role, Chad served as Executive Director for the American Diabetes Association’s south central Texas market from January 2023 to December 2024. Chad's extensive experience with the Boy Scouts of America includes positions as Chief Operating and Development Officer at Three Rivers Council, Regional Director, and Field Director, along with a tenure as Senior District Executive. Chad holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Management from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Lamar University.
