Vivek Dwivedi

Vivek Dwivedi is an experienced operations engineer currently employed at Sprinklr since December 2022. Prior to this position, Vivek served as a cognitive operations engineer at Amelia from June 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing IP CENTRE radar, addressing P1 outages, and overseeing services on ZABBIX and AWS SERVER. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Malout Institute of Management and Information Technology, attained between 2016 and 2020.
