Bhavya Arora

Bhavya Arora is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Sprinto since May 2024. As a Founding Member of The Talent Deck since May 2022, Bhavya has made significant contributions to the talent community by organizing events, creating resources, and mentoring professionals. Previous roles include Human Resource Business Partner at Sprinto and Talent Management and Culture Partner at Outplay, where Bhavya successfully revamped HR processes, developed policies, and led talent acquisition initiatives, resulting in substantial recruitment success. With a background in people operations and HR management, Bhavya has also held various positions that enhance employee engagement and compliance. Bhavya holds an MSc in Psychology specializing in HRDM from Christ University and a BA in Psychology from Mata Sundri College for Women.
